First, members were blindfolded and had to breach a wall, then climb through the tube.

The followed their only life line, a fire hose, through the first portion of the course.

Upon reaching a mess of firehose, they had to figure out which direction was out.  Then follow a rope upstairs.

Check for a floor and make sure it's safe, then on through the course until they are tangled in cabling and must escape.

Through another tunnel with a bar in the way, then over the attic simulator.

The last tube had a hidden compartment which had to be found and escaped through.
