Motor Vehicle Accident

The driver of this backhoe was attempting to back off of the trailer.  He proceeded to hit the brakes to slow down, however only one side of the brakes locked, causing the backhoe to abruptly turn and roll off the trailer.  The driver was uninjured.  New Hackensack assisted with hazardous material cleanup, then stood-by while the tractor was rolled back on it's wheels.
