Motor Vehicle Accident

New Hackensack and Town of Wappinger Ambulance were dispatched to this 2-car motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Myers Corners Road and Route 376.  The driver of the Honda was attempting to make a left turn onto Myers Corners from Route 376 and did not yield to oncoming to traffic.  The minivan hit the Honda, tearing the entire rear passenger area and back from the vehicle and then ran up an embankment and rolled over.  There were three occupants in the minivan and thankfully only one in the car.  All were transported to the hospital for evaluation with non-life threatening injuries.  New Hackensack requested fire police assistance from East Fishkill to close Route 376.
