Motor Vehicle Accident

The driver of the silver Honda was traveling South on All Angels Hill Road and attempted to make a left turn onto Brown Road when the driver of the Chevy Blazer failed to stop and ran into the back of the Honda.  All occupants involved refused medical assistance.  The scene was under investigation by the D.C. Sheriff's Office.
