Motor Vehicle Accident

The driver of the van could not recall what happened, however witnesses stated he crossed over the center line into oncoming traffic, hitting the black Honda and sending it off the road into the brush.  The van came to rest after taking out a tree.  The driver of the van sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital for evaluation.  The other driver refused medical treatment.  The scene was investigated by the NYS Police.
