Motor Vehicle Accident

New Hackensack was dispatched to this MVA on Maloney Road at approximately 5:00 p.m.  The driver of the Hyundai lost control and hit a tree and came to rest after hitting the parked Honda.  The driver and his brother were transported to the hospital by the Town of Wappinger Ambulance.  The driver sustained injuries to his pelvic and thigh area while his brother was complaining of pain to his ribs.  Dutchess County Sheriff was on the scene to investigate.
