This two story ranch sustained heavy fire damage in the early morning of the day after Christmas. The occupants were awakened by glass breaking in the living room and escaped out the windows when heavy smoke engulfed their bedrooms. Thirty-six firefighters battled the blaze in frigid conditions. Mutual aid was requested from Hughsonville Fire Dept. A great job was done by all.
