New Hackensack responded to this auto accident on Route 376 at 4:26 pm. After hitting another automobile, the driver lost control and found himself in the woods. The driver was complaining of severe back pain. 19 members responded to the call and assisted Sloper with backboarding and extrication of the patient from the vehicle. Other members cleared a path by cutting down some branches and brush. The driver of the second vehicle was uninjured.
